Meal Plans
Our Personalised Meal Plans are one of Pawarchy’s pride and joy — because no two dogs, and no two households, are exactly the same.
One of the questions we are often asked is:
“Why can’t I just make my dog’s meal plan myself?”
Well… you absolutely can.
We have nothing against people creating their own meal plans. In fact, there is a huge amount of information available to help you do exactly that.
The difficulty is that there is a lot of information. Once you start looking, it can become surprisingly difficult to work out what is relevant, what is correct, what actually applies to your dog, and how everything fits together.
That’s where we come in. What’s included
- A one-to-one consultation
- A personalised assessment of your dog’s feeding needs
- Recommended foods and daily quantities
- A clear and easy-to-follow meal plan
- Guidance on treats, chews and snacks
- Practical advice on introducing or changing food
- Ongoing support if your dog’s needs change
Three ways we can help
Personalised Meal Plan — $120
This is our full service.
We start with a detailed conversation, either by phone or in person, so we can learn as much as possible about your dog: their age, weight, activity level, history, allergies or intolerances, food preferences, lifestyle and anything else that may be relevant to their diet.
We generally use the 70/10/10/10 model as a starting point, and then adapt it according to the individual dog and their needs.
We also consider the person feeding the dog. A meal plan needs to work not only nutritionally, but practically — including the proteins and ingredients you can realistically source, your budget, your available freezer space and how much preparation fits comfortably into your life.
Once we have all the information we need,
we create your personalised plan and provide detailed instructions for
introducing different proteins, ingredients, vegetables and herbs.
Before the plan is completed, we also provide our BARF guidelines and raw feeding safety information. These are available on our website, but we send them directly to every client because responsible raw feeding matters to us.
Once payment has been made and your plan is complete, everything is sent to you by email.
And if something doesn’t make sense, or you simply want to talk it through, we’re always happy to help.
Meal Plan Correction — $60
Already made your own meal plan? Great!
If it is fundamentally sound but you would like a professional eye over it, we can revie i and make adjustments where needed.
This might include checking the calculations, adjusting protein rotation, identifying something that may have been missed, reviewing vegetable or organ balance, or suggesting changes to make the plan more complete and practical.

A correction is not a complete meal plan
rewrite.
If what you have is essentially “chicken and rice”, there isn’t enough of an existing plan to correct. In that case, you would need our full Personalised Meal Plan service.
Herbal Consultation — $30
Sometimes you don’t want us to change your dog’s diet at all. You simply want some guidance around the use of herbs.
That’s exactly what this service is for.
We can discuss the herbs you are considering, how they may fit into your dog’s routine, and how to use them appropriately — without changing your existing meal plan.
Your dog’s plan, at your pace
Every dog is different, and introducing a new diet isn’t necessarily a race.
Some dogs happily accept new proteins and ingredients within a few days. Others need a much slower introduction, particularly when allergies, intolerances or previous dietary issues are involved.
We provide a step-by-step introduction
schedule, so you know what to introduce, when to introduce it and how to
progress.
If your dog needs more time, we simply take
more time.
And if you have questions along the way,
we’re here to help.
Daily, weekly or monthly quantities
Once your meal plan is complete, you can
choose how you would like your quantities calculated — daily, weekly or
monthly.
This is entirely up to you and usually
comes down to two things: your dog’s size and your freezer space.
A Chihuahua might happily have one months’
worth of food sitting in a standard home freezer.
A Great Dane? Probably not.
